Qualified Professional (QP)

A Qualified Professional (QP) for Alpine Home Health will provide training, supervision and evaluation of PCA/DSP workers and the services they deliver.

Responsibilities:

● Training, supervision, and evaluation of PCA/DSP workers
● Evaluation of the effectiveness of PCA/DSP services
● Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as physicians and social workers to ensure seamless care for our clients
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communicate with Alpine regarding any changes in the client’s condition

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
● Work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons aged 65 and older preferred
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well in a team
● Flexibility to travel and work in various locations in the Twin Cities, sometimes on short notice
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
● Compliance with all relevant state and federal regulations governing home healthcare providers
